We at Oleum Vera want you to have the best fun possible while using our products. While we believe our organic DIY kits and all-natural ingredients will exceed your expectations, we understand that it might not always go according to plan. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have a number of options under our return policy.

My product was faulty when it arrived!

We are happy to exchange an item for free if it was broken before you started using it. To find the best solution for you, send us your order details at info@oleumvera.com.

I broke my product while using it. What can I do?

If the item broke after you started using it, we are generally unable to exchange it for free. However, we encourage you to contact us at info@oleumvera.com -we will do our best to help you.

I don’t really want the product I bought anymore. Can I exchange it for another one?

As long as the item you purchased is unopened and unused, we are happy to help you exchange it for something else. However, you must return it within 30 days of receipt, and customers will be responsible for any return shipping fees. Simply get in touch with info@oleumvera.com to arrange the exchange, and make sure to wait for our authorization before sending any product back. 

We recommend getting a tracking order for your return, as Oleum Vera is not liable for any return packages lost in transit. 

Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. We provide a full refund for the value of the product(s) returned (excluding shipping costs).
